The vehicle started out as a 1986, 110 County Station Wagon, that was owned and run by Land Rover themselves, up until 1993 when the previous owner acquired the Vehicle. The previous owner had already converted the vehicle from a thirsty V8 to a 200 Tdi. I then bought the vehicle second-hand from him on the 14th of January 2002. Since then it has undergone a few modifications to adapt it to suit my needs. The majority of the work  was carried out in the first few months of ownership, as in April 2002 I was off on an overland trip to Morocco.

I sold the Land Rover in June 2004, as I needed the money to invest in a house, in way it was a good thing, as I was using the Land Rover less and less, and had only covered abut 2000 miles in the previous year. It was just sat on the drive not being used. The plan was only to use the Land Rover for the Morocco trip and then sell it on, but I just never really got round to advertising it.
